Production Time Every item is printed just for you. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties (USA & Canada) International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via our Contact page.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
